Proctor at Pillager

Christian Hooge poured in 32 points as Pillager advanced in the 7AA tournament with a 67-36 win over Proctor. Proctor cut the Huskies lead to 18-14 with about 6:30 to go in the first half, then Pillager took off, scoring the final 18 points in the half to lead 36-14 at the break.

Pillager proceeded to score the first seven in the second half and made sure Proctor didn’t get a chance at a comeback. Gabe Parrish added 16 and Alex Brandt scored 11 for the Huskies.

Pillager (18-9) is now 5-0 versus the Rails in the series and will take on top seeded Esko in the quarterfinals on Saturday. Proctor finishes the season at 11-16.
