Red Lake County at Win-E-Mac

Justin Courneya scored 32 points and Ryan Kangas added 13 points and 26 rebounds as the Win-E-Mac Patriots defeated the Red Lake County Rebels 69-54 at Win-E-Mac on Wednesday afternoon. The Patriots avenged a 79-61 loss at Red Lake County back on January 19th. The Patriots led at halftime 32-26 and used a 10-0 run in the second half to build a 56-36  lead. Connor Duden led Red Lake County with 18 points as the Rebels suffered their third loss in their last five games and fall to 24-3 overall. Win-E-Mac has won ten of their last eleven games and ends the regular season at 20-6. Joe Courneya pitched in with 11 points for the Patriots. Owen Chervestad scored 9 points and Will Gieseke added 8 points for the Rebels. Both teams will open up tournament play on Thursday, March 7th.
