The Ada Borup West Cougars flexed their muscles and swept the Red Lake County Central Mustangs in the subsection quarter final round of 8A East Volleyball 3-0 on Wednesday night.  Fast starts in the first two sets were key to the success of the Cougars, who improved to 20-8 on the season, while Red Lake County Central ends their season 6-20 with the loss, graduating 4 seniors and their student manager.
