Red Lake County vs. Kittson County Central

The Red Lake County Rebels outscored the Kittson County Central Bearcats 43-12 in the second half and went on to win 68-40 to win their first ever Section 8A championship. The Rebels hit 15 three pointers including six from Ethan Majeres and four from Connor Duden. Red Lake County trailed 28-25 at halftime but used a 21-0 run to help them take the lead for good with 15:22 left in the game. The Rebels take a 29-2 record into the State Tournament while the Bearcats end their season at 22-8. Connor Duden led Red Lake County with 20 points while Ethan Majeres added 18 points for the Rebels. Kellen Johnson scored 12 points and Ty Vig 11 points for Kittson County Central.
