Red Lake Falls, MN — The Red Lake Falls Eagles beat the Goodridge/Grygla Chargers on Thursday night and end their regular season at 5-20 heading into the Section 8A Tournament beginning Monday.

The Eagles got out to a 21-10 advantage in the first half and they would never relinquish the lead and would take a 31-17 lead into the locker room. However, Goodridge/Grygla did give them a push after halftime cutting the deficit to six points late in the game but time would run out for the Chargers as they would never be able to put together a late run to contend with the lead. Red Lake Falls would win the game 57-47.

Goodridge/Grygla is now 7-16 and will play their final regular season game at the Win E Mac Patriots on Friday.
