Region 1 Girls Basketball Tournament Semifinals – Northern Cass vs Kindred

Northern Cass punched their ticket back to the Region 1 girls basketball championship game with a 67-52 win over Kindred on Wednesday afternoon.

It’s the first time since 2014, that Kindred failed to make the Region 1 girls basketball title game. Northern Cass will play Central Cass for a state tournament berth on Friday night at 7:30 p.m. Kindred tangles with Sargent County for third place at 6 p.m. You can watch both games on yourliveevent.com.

Josie Jensen paced Northern Cass with 21 points, 17 rebounds and 7 blocks, while Laela Eisenschenk had 17 points for Kindred.
