Region 1 Volleyball Semifinals – Wyndmere/Lidgerwood vs Central Cass

KINDRED, ND – Central Cass is heading to the Region 1 volleyball championship for the first time since 2021 with a 25-19, 25-18, 25-21 over Wyndmere/Lidgerwood.

Izzy Thompson finished with 12 kills and Aspyn Prien added another 11 kills for Central Cass. The Squirrels will play Oak Grove in the Region 1 title on Thursday night. Oak Grove beat Central Cass in 5 in their only meeting this season on October 15.

Wyndmere/Lidgerwood will play for third place for the second straight season. The Wabirds will play Maple River at 6 p.m. on Thursday in Kindred. You can listen to both matches on yourliveevent.com.
