Sacred Heart at Mahnomen-Waubun

The Sacred Heart Eagles used their size and tough defense to over power Mahnomen Waubun to come away with a 71-37 win.  The Eagles defense forced Mahnomen Waubun into 31 turnovers on the night while out rebounding the Thunderbirds 41-27 for the game.  Mahnomen Waubun did make some early runs in the first half that would keep the game tight for a portion of the first half, but the Eagles experience and size were just too much for Mahnomen Waubun.
