VALLEY CITY, ND – Sargent County upended Richland with a 44-43 win in the District 1 girls basketball tournament on Friday night.

Emma Bixby scored a game-high 17 points for the Bulldogs. Sargent County plays Oakes in the semifinals on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
