Thief River Falls at Ada-Borup-West

The Thief River Falls Prowlers defense propelled them to a second half come-from-behind victory over the Ada-Borja-West Cougars 58-47. The first half the Cougars rebounding advantage (+13 in the half) allowed them to control the game with them building a 37-28 lead at halftime. After the halftime break the Cougars scored first but did not score often as an 11-0 run by the Prowlers tied the game at 39-39 with 12:50 remaining. Over the next seven minutes of game time the two teams combined for a total 12 points with the Cougars tieing the score at 45-45 with 5:36 remaining. From there the Prowler defense did not give up a point for nearly five minutes while forcing turnovers to help spar a 12-0 run that put them in control for the victory.

With the win the Prowlers are now 4-1 overall with the Cougars falling to 3-4 overall after the loss.

Ada-Borup-West wins the JV game 48-41, while Thief River Falls wins the C-Team game 67-43.
