Kaden Pierce scored three touchdowns to help lead the Warren-Alvarado-Oslo Ponies to the 34-12 win at Win-E-Mac Tuesday night at Win-E-Mac. Pierce carried the ball 20 times for 117 yards and three scores as the Ponies avenged a 22-0 regular season loss to the Patriots on September 27th in Warren. Owen Dvorak had 18 carries for 173 yards and two touchdown for W-A-O as the Ponies improve to 5-4 overall. Dvorak scored on runs of 47 and 6 yards. Jayden Haugen and Braylen Hamre each scored a touchdown for Win-E-Mac as the Patriots end their season at 4-5. Warren-Alvarado-Oslo never trailed in the game and led 7-6 after the first quarter, 20-12 at halftime and 34-12 after three quarters. Braylon Hamre carried the ball 9 times for 108 yards for Win-E-Mac and scored his touchdown on a 68 yard run. The Ponies will play in the Section 8 Nine-Man semifinals on Saturday, October 26th at Goodridge/Grygla at 2:00 pm. Goodridge/Grygla beat Warren-Alvarado-Oslo 20-18 at Warren on September 20th.
