Bagley, MN — The Warroad Warriors got their first win since early December Thursday night after beating the Bagley Flyers 55-53.

It was a back and forth game the entire night with the largest lead of the game being just eight points and that was with less than 3:30 minutes to play in the game and Warroad led 54-46. In those final three minutes, the Bagley Flyers had great looks offensively but could never hit the big shot and they would fall short 55-53 despite scoring seven of the final eight points to end the game.

With the win, Warroad is 2-10 on the year and will play at Lake of the Woods Next Monday. Meanwhile for Bagley, they drop their 6th game in a row and will host Fosston Friday night.
