Recap

Bagley, MN — The Warroad Warriors won their fourth game in a row after beating the Bagley Flyers 88-63 on Thursday night.

The Warriors were lighting the hoop on fire in the first half knocking down 10 3-pointers and building and early lead that would eventually turn into a 51-30 lead at halftime. In the second half you could tell that Bagley had an emphasis on the defensive end forcing early turnovers and cutting the deficit 2:30 minutes in the second half to 15 points. But because of the hot first half shooting, the Warriors would nurse the lead for the remainder of the game and win 88-63.

Warroad has now won four games in a row improving to 8-6 on the year. The Warriors will play at International Falls next Tuesday. For Bagley, they haven’t beat Warroad since 2017-2018, and gap grows larger after Thursday night’s loss. The Flyers drop to 6-4 on the season and will be at Climax/Fisher on Monday.
