GBB Win-E-Mac at Bagley

Bagley, MN — The Bagley Flyers Girls Basketball Team picked up their fourth win of the season after beating the Win E Mac Patriots 62-51 Friday night.

Bagley would jump out to a 24-12 lead to put them in the drivers seat but Win E Mac would go on a 16-6 run to close out the first half and make it a 30-28 game at halftime. Win E Mac was working from behind all night long and was able to tie the game three separate times in the second half but were never able to actually secure the lead. The deficit floated around four points all the way to the late stages of the game making it 51-47 Bagley with just minutes to go. But from that point, Bagley would outscore Win E Mac 11-4 the rest of the game and win 62-51.

With the win, Bagley is now 4-3 on the season and will play at Fertile-Beltrami next Tuesday (1480 AM/99.7 FM KKCQ). Win E Mac falls to 0-6 with the loss and will play tomorrow, Saturday, at Ralph Engelstad Arena in Thief River Falls versus the Warren-Alvarado-Oslo Ponies at 1 p.m. (1480 AM/99.7 FM KKCQ)
