GBB Win-E-Mac at Climax-Fisher

Lucy Paulsrud scored 22 points as Climax-Fisher defeated Win-E-Mac 55-39 Tuesday night in Climax.

The Knights defense forced 26 Patriot turnovers in earning their fourth win of the year against 12 losses.

Except for an early 2-all tie, Climax-Fisher led throughout the game…holding a 28-22 lead at halftime and a 52-35 late in the game.

Kinley Korynta added 10 points for the Knights, who turned the ball over 12 times.

Lauren Kaupang and Ensley Haskett scored 10 points apiece for Win-E-Mac (2-15).

Climax-Fisher made 10 of 12 free throws, while Win-E-Mac was 10 of 17 at the line.

Win-E-Mac’s next game is Thursday at home against Mahnomen/Waubun.  Climax-Fisher will face Liberty Academy Friday night at the Target Center in Minneapolis.
