The Fosston Greyhounds outscored the Win-E-Mac Patriots 28-8 in the second half and won 65-42 in the semifinals of the Fosston Holiday Tournament. Ryne Duppong led the Greyhounds with 20 points as they improve to 2-0 overall and 2-0 in the Pine to Prairie Conference. Will Christen pitched in with 16 points and 10 rebounds for Fosston. The game was tied at 29-29 with 3:40 left in the first half when the Greyhounds took the lead for good at 30-29. Joe Courneya and Braylon Hamre each scored 12 points for the Patriots as they fall to 0-2 overall and 0-2 in the conference. Fosston will play Clearbrook-Gonvick in the championship game of the Fosston Holiday Tournament on Friday night at 7:45 pm (96.7 FM). Win-E-Mac will play Blackduck for 3rd place at 6:00 pm on Friday (96.7 FM).
