Win-E-Mac at Mahnomen-Waubun

The Win E Mac Patriots were able to hit a couple of big shots and finish off the game free throws to complete the come back to beat Mahnomen Waubun 84-73.  After a back and forth first half that would see several lead changes and ties Mahnomen Waubun would open up a 7 point lead just to see WEM come back to close the gap, at the half the Thunderbirds would have a 3 point lead at 40-37.  In the 2nd half Mahnomen Waubun would go on a run to build a 10 point lead, but the Patriots would come storming right back and would eventually tie the game at 70 with the last tie coming at 73.  WEM would hit a basket and then make a 3 to build the lead to 5 with 1:30 to play.  Mahnomen Waubun would miss several 3 attempts and WEM would finish it off with free throws.  WEM is now 9-3 while MW drops to 3-10.
