Farm land and equipment market seeing changes 

Max Steffes of Steffes Auction was a presenter at the International Crop Expo last week and talked about the land and equipment markets for Minnesota and North Dakota and trends that he’s seeing in the land and equipment sales market. Steffes says real estate taxes have an impact on sale prices from state to state, and that is evident when comparing Minnesota and North Dakota. 

On the farm equipment sales side of things, Steffes says he has also seen a shift in how used equipment is leveraged and sold when trying to secure equipment upgrades.
