Fertile City Council Meets

FERTILE, MN—The Fertile City Council held a special meeting Tuesday morning.  Fertile Mayor Brian Nephew tells us about the meeting.

Nephew tells us how many candidates will be interviewed.

Fair Meadow Nursing Home, which is owned by the City of Fertile, hasn’t had a permanent administrator since Angie Leiting resigned under pressure in June of 2023.

Also, the Fertile City Council has called another special meeting for next Tuesday, August 12 at 11am at the Council Chambers.  The public notice of this meeting lists no agenda and says a portion of the meeting will be closed.
