Fertile City Council Meets

FERTILE, MN—Last Monday, the Fertile City Council held its March meeting.  Among the agenda items was allegations or charges against someone subject to the Council’s authority–that being Mayor Brian Nephew.  Fertile City Administrator Lisa Liden tells us more.

The Council asked for an estimate of what continued mediation would cost.  In other business, the Council continued talks on whether the City’s deputy administrator should remain a full time employee.

The Fertile City Council also approved a 5 year lease for a new copier.  There were also talks about replacing the water heater in the community center….because the current water heater had a leak.
