Fertile City Council Meets

FERTILE, MN—

Monday night, the Fertile City Council approved holding a public meeting on April 20 to discuss renovations to the Community Center.  Fertile City Administrator Lisa Liden tells R&J Broadcasting the Community Center needs repairs to its roof and HVAC system, as well as new siding and windows and a handicapped accessible door.  We’ll have more about next week’s meeting during Monday’s R&J Broadcasting news.

Also on Monday, the Fertile City Council discussed getting a new sound system for the City Council Chambers and approved the Fire Department’s annual request for gaming in Fertile’s three liquor establishments.
