FHS Broadcast and Journalism club

At international Falls High School, the students in the Broadcasting & Journalism class present two Broncos of the Week to their peers in athletics. A couple of members of the class, Piper Tomczak, Kendra Kalstad, and Cooper Crandall joined us in the studio to talk about how long the class has been doing the award.

Cooper and Kendra were then asked how they decide on who receives the Bronco of the Week award.

And is there a goal with this award?

Cooper was then asked if his younger brother Carson, who also starts on the football team, has ever asked to be the recipient of the award.

The class even allows them to do morning announcements, and they were asked what is the usual preparation for it.

And Mrs Hamers helps with preparing the students to do the announcements.

Kendra Kalstad also shared something that the class helped her with.

They also mention a change in the presentation of the Bronco of the Week.
