Fire Prevention Week Focuses On Kitchen Safety

This is Fire Prevention Week…when local fire departments remind you about the importance of fire safety.  This year, there’s a special focus on kitchen safety.  Ada Fire Chief Steve Petry has more.

Petry also says when you’re cooking, make sure pot and frying pan handles are turned inward..so that no one can bump something and get hit with hot grease or boiling water.
