Fosston Superintendent Semifinalists Named

FOSSTON, MN—The Fosston School Board has chosen five semifinalists to become the School District’s next superintendent.  They are Derek Gieseke, the superintendent and principal in Grygla; Suraya Driscoll, director of student services at East Grand Forks; Brad Johnson, superintendent of Renville County West Schools in Renville, Minnesota; Nicholas Amb, elementary school principal at the North Border School in Walhalla, North Dakota, and Tara Lere, superintendent of the Plummer-Worley Joint School District in Plummer, Idaho.  A sixth semifinalist withdrew from the search.  Interviews will be held May 11th and 13th at 5pm at the Fosston High School Library; they are open to the public.  Current Fosston Superintendent Todd Selk is stepping down at the end of the school year to become superintendent in Crookston.
