Gary Cares hosting women’s self defense class 

After receiving a grant earlier this year, Gary Cares will be offering a women’s self defense class to area women. Self defense instructor Penny Ellingworth tells us more about this upcoming class, and what she will be covering. 

Ellingworth also told us more about her background as a self defense instructor. 

Lastly, Ellingworth encouraged everyone who’s interested to “not be afraid”, and get registered for this class, as you never know when you’ll need to use it.
