Gary Firemen’s Game Night is Saturday, March 19th
Gary, MN — Raffles, raffles, and more raffles! The Gary Fire Department invite all to their Firemen’s Game Night fundraiser this Saturday, March 19th at the Gary Legion Hall. A free will soup and sandwich supper will be served starting at 5pm and the games will start at 6pm. Gary Fire Chief Buck Engen says this event was previously known as the Firemen’s Dance, but has morphed into a game night as people’s interests shifted more towards the opportunity to win raffles over the years.
If you’re into firearms, there will be plenty up for grabs in all forms and calibers, including shotguns, hunting rifles, tactical guns, shotguns, and pistols. But if you’re not into firearms, there are still plenty of other raffles and games to participate in, according to Engen.
Proceeds from this Saturday’s Firemen’s Game Night will go towards updating equipment. Engen says specifically they need to purchase some new turnout gear.
Doors open at 5pm and raffles start at 6pm for this Saturday’s Firemen’s Game Night at the Legion Hall in Gary. There is a $5 cover, which includes entry into a gun raffle.
