Good Samaritan Food Shelf seeking donations ahead of busy fall season  

The Good Samaritan Food Shelf in Twin Valley is currently accepting donations for their busy fall season. Nancy Crompton of the Good Samaritan Food Shelf says September is when food shelf traffic starts to get busy, and she explains how families in need can get the support they need this time of year. 

With the increased demand at the food shelf, Crompton says they are currently seeking donations. She explains how you can donate, and the kinds of goods they can accept. 

Volunteers are always needed at the Good Samaritan Food Shelf, and with school back in session, Crompton encourages school organizations to reach out if they’re interested in volunteering. 

The Good Samaritan Food Shelf distributes food every Wednesday from 1:00 to 4:00  at St Williams Catholic Church in Twin Valley
