Halstad Awarding Free Lots

HALSTAD, MN—The Halstad City Council voted Monday to give away a free lot.  Halstad Mayor Darin Johnson:

Johnson says Halstad has given away lots before.

Johnson says the lots that have been given away are primarily in the new addition on the west side of Halstad.  He adds the City may give away land on the north side of town near the softball fields.
