Halstad City Council Talks Turkeys & Trucks
HALSTAD, MN—Last month, the Halstad City Council was scheduled to talk about a turkey problem in the city…but the meeting was never held. First because of the weather, then because the rescheduled meeting conflicted with an Ada-Borup-West playoff basketball game. On Monday night, the Halstad City Council met and wild turkeys were talked about…according to Mayor Darin Johnson.
Johnson says another topic at Monday’s meeting was the purchase of land to allow for truck parking.
Johnson says Norman County Attorney Elizabeth Brainard also attended Monday’s Halstad City Council meeting.
