Halstad Community Dinner

HALSTAD, MN—The City of Halstad held its annual community dinner Monday night.  After Mayor Darin Johnson’s State of the City Address, Red River Valley Co-op Power received the Business/Organization of the Year Award.  Red River Valley Co-op Power CEO Rich Whitcomb accepted the award.

Then Emily Finney was chosen Halstad’s Citizen of the Year.

Monday’s community dinner was sponsored by the Halstad Economic Development Association.
