Halstad Dog Problem

HALSTAD, MN—The Halstad City Council has in the past dealt with concerns about animals….from dogs to wild turkeys.  At this past Monday’s City Council meeting, Halstad Mayor Darin Johnson says there was another complaint about a dog.

Did that dog bite anyone?
