Hawley hoping to finalize superintendent hire next week 

Last week it was announced that the Hawley School District would be hiring Waubun-Ogema-White Earth Superintendent Jordan Speath to be their next superintendent. Hawley Elementary Principal Chris Ellingson says negotiations are ongoing, but they hope to finalize a deal next week. 

If a deal is finalized, Spaeth will take over for Phil Jenson, who is retiring at the end of the school year.
