Helping Police With Elderly Adults

FOSSTON, MN—Police and EMT’s are often called to the home of an elderly adult on a medical call.  And if that adult lives alone and isn’t conscious when help arrives, it can be hard for that elderly adult to get the proper treatment.  Fosston Police Chief Phil Juve has a suggestion for elderly adults who live alone.

Juve says people should consider the EMT’s point of view.
