Hillsboro Public Schools Announce Superintendent Finalists
The Hillsboro Public School Board has announced three finalists in the search for the district’s next superintendent.
The three finalists are: Hillsboro Elementary Principal, Jon Dryburgh; Lake Park Audubon High School Assistant Principal, Ben Hannasch; and Park River Area High School Principal, Frank Justin. School Board President, Tim Kozojed, says it was a difficult decision to trim down the list of nine original applicants to three.
Pending all three finalists’ intent to remain in the running, interviews are tentatively scheduled for next Monday and Tuesday at 3pm and Wednesday at 4pm in the high school library. Those interviews are open to the public.
The search began early this year after current superintendent, Paula Suda, announced her plans to take an early retirement at the conclusion of the 2023-2024 school year. R & J News will continue to keep you updated as the process to select Hillsboro Public School’s next superintendent continues.
