Hillsboro School Board approves District Calendar 

The Hillsboro School Board met in regular session on Thursday morning. Hillsboro Superintendent Jon Dryburgh says the biggest item on this month’s agenda was the approval of the 2026/2027 District Calendar. 

Dryburgh says the board also approved a few staffing items on Thursday, and that the district is also looking to fill some staffing positions. 

After Tuesday’s meeting, Dryburgh says the board went into a workshop, and he explains why. 

Other items from Thursday’s meeting included administrative reports, and the approval of some updated school policies.
