Hillsboro School Board attempts to incentivize CDL’s among faculty and coaches

The Hillsboro School Board voted today to pay “wait time” to coaches/bus drivers that have their Commercial Drivers License as a way to attract more faculty and sports coaches to get their CDL’s and drive bus. Superintendent Jon Dryburgh shares his thoughts on the Thursday morning meeting.

Dryburgh also provided the plan for how the school intends to help interested faculty in getting their CDL.
