History of the dairy industry: How has Milk Production Changed over the years? 

June is Dairy Month, and one thing we can often take for granted is the access to dairy products that we use daily. Without the progression of technology over the last 120 years, we wouldn’t have this widespread availability. R&J Ag Reporter Nick Revier tells us more about the history of the dairy industry, and how technology has made things easier and more efficient for dairy farmers. 

Revier says milking technology isn’t the only thing that has progressed over the years, as the transportation of dairy has also made massive strides over the years, and is getting dairy to your home faster than ever before.
