History of water relations between the US and Canada 

Did you know that there’s a treaty between the United States and Canada over water management in the Red River Valley that goes back over a century? Red River Watershed Management Board Executive Director Rob Sip tells us more about the partnership they have with Canada when it comes to the management of the Red River.
