House GOP Caucus shares concerns with Governor’s fraud prevention plans
The Minnesota House Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Policy committee received an overview on the Governor’s plans for fraud prevention, and the House GOP Caucus is voicing some of their concerns with plans. Committee Chair Rep. Kristin Robbins tells us some of the GOP’s concerns with the plan, and she also tells us what she thinks needs to happen.
Rep. Marion Rarick also spoke more about the Governs Fraud Prevention plan, and she shared her concerns on the BCA side of things, when it comes to the criminal penalties for fraud.
Rep. Robbins was also excited to announce the new Whistleblower Portal that aims to catch these fraud cases earlier. .
