House Republicans lay out affordability goals 

Affordability has been a major topic of discussion in the Minnesota Legislative Session, and on Wednesday, House Republicans highlighted the ways they are tackling Minnesota’s affordability problems. House GOP Floor Leader Rep Harry Niska says Republicans have introduced dozens of proposals to address affordability, and he highlights some of them. 

Niska also claimed that the Minnesota DFL is posing as the party of affordability, while implementing legislation that will do the opposite. 

The Minnesota Legislative Session must adjourn by Monday, May 18, which means legislators have just over two months to pass legislation.
