Ice Fishing Reminders 

The Ice is starting to freeze and that means that the ice fishing season is upon us. In the latest legislative sessions the State of Minnesota instituted news laws regarding trash and waste storage. Minnesota DNR Area Fisheries Supervisor Nathan Olson shares more details on this new law and clarifies what can and can’t be done. 

Olson also shared some ice fishing safety reminders that often go ignored. 

If you do end up in the water Olson also shared what you should do immediately after as well as some more miscellaneous safety tips.
