Impact of the Government Shutdown on local VA services 

The Federal Government Shutdown continues, as congress have not been able to reach an agreement on funding the federal government, and area entities are feeling the blowback from this. Norman County Veterans Service Officer John Rosenberger says he has been receiving questions on how the shutdown affects our local VA services, which he explains.
