It’s a Slam Dunk, Don’t Drive Drunk
CROOKSTON, MN—This Friday and Saturday, the University of Minnesota-Crookston basketball teams will have their annual “It’s a Slam Dunk, Don’t Drive Drunk” initiative. UMC Communications Director Hunter Plante says the initiative is one that every school in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference takes part in.
Plante says there will be several activities at this weekend’s basketball games that highlight the dangers of drunk driving.
“It’s a Slam Dunk, Don’t Drive Drunk” will be featured at Minnesota-Crookston’s basketball games this weekend. On Friday, the Golden Eagles host Sioux Falls with the men’s game at 5:30 and women’s game at 7:30.
