Julie Hanson of Mahnomen Human Services receives outstanding Service Award 

Mahnomen County Human Services Director Julie Hanson was honored at the Association of MN Counties annual conference in Minneapolis on Tuesday and was awarded the Outstanding Service Award. The Outstanding Service Award is one of the highest awards given to county staff and elected officials in Minnesota. Hanson tells us how it feels to be honored for her years of service and hard work. 

Hanson also dove more into the award and the Association of MN Counties conference she was honored at. 

Hansen has been working in the social services field for 29 years with 22 of those being in Mahnomen County.
