June is Dairy Month 

June is Dairy Month, and area dairy producers are celebrating by promoting locally produced products, and farms. R&J Ag Reporter Nick Revier had the opportunity to catch up with Local Dairy Producer Karen Rodewald who tells us what it’s like being a dairy farmer. 

Rodewald says one thing that’s very unique about dairy farming is how schedule based it is. 

Lastly, Rodewald talked about the relationships dairy producers form with their cows, and the comeback of dairy farms in the region.
