Keeping Soil Moist

R&J Ag Reporter Nick Revier is attending the Minnesota Watersheds Annual Conference and Trade Show in Nisswa.  One person he spoke to was Kim Melton, the soil health coordinator for the Red River Basin Commission.  Melton says keeping the soil moist during sugar beet farming season is difficult.
