Kupec & other Ag Leaders speak out against ICE Activity in Rural Minnesota 

Minnesota Senator, and Vice Chair of the Senate Ag Committee Rob Kupec (DFL-Moorhead) was one of many Minnesota Agricultural Leaders to speak out against ICE activity in rural Minnesota. During a press conference on Wednesday afternoon, Kupec spoke on the negative impact ICE activity is having on legal immigrants, and business in Rural Minnesota. 

Minnesota Department of Ag Deputy Commissioner Andrea Vaubel warned that ICE Activity could also lead to increased food prices for all Minnesotans. 

 Other agricultural leaders to speak out against ICE’s actions in Minnesota included Minnesota Farm Bureau President Gary Wertish and Senate Ag Committee Aric Putnam (DFL-St Cloud).
