Lakes Area United Way preparing for ‘Llama Llama Read-O-Rama’ coming in July

(Brainerd, MN) — In the process of wrapping up their Vision Council and final selections for their 2022 Grant Funding, the Lakes Area United Way is also gearing up for their annual Llama Llama Read-O-Rama coming July 16th.

In our monthly chat with Lakes Area United Way Executive Director Jonathan Aga highlighted the importance of the program and fostering children’s interest in reading.

The event is free but also serves as another fundraiser for the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and other Lakes Area United Way programs and initiatives.

Llama Llama Read-O-Rama will have other family-friendly activities beyond reading.
