Learn How to BBQ Like a Pro with Northern Exposure to Lifelong Learning in Clearbrook

The Northern Exposure to Lifelong Learning program is happy to present Brian and Kathy Brandt with their next weekly program. Brian and Kathy are the owners of Sally BBQ in Marshall, Minnesota and will share their professional BBQ Competition journey from novice grillers to grand champion pit master’s to small business owners. The Brandt’s will give their presentation on Wednesday, May 24th at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Clearbrook. The doors open at 9:00 am with the program to begin at 9:30 am. They will share tips, techniques and maybe even a few secrets for making grand champion BBQ. The Brandt’s say building the flavor is the key to great taste, so everyone will have an opportunity to create their own seasoning to help you get ready for the summer and all set to BBQ like a pro! There will be products to purchase as well as door prizes.
