Local Crop Update 

The growing season is in full swing, and with recent rains and upcoming temperatures, crops are expected to start shooting up. R&J Ag Reporter Nick Revier recently caught up with Luke Langerud, who farms outside of Lake Park, and he says that his crop is progressing well. 

Langerud says his sugarbeet crop is also looking good. 

Despite heavy rains earlier this week, Langerud says he is happy with the amount of moisture he’s received.
